Effective May 15, 2009, we will charge caregivers $25.00 each year to have their child care information appear on our Child Care Registry. You may still submit your application on-line however it will not be posted until payment is received. Payments should be made by cash or cheque (payable to Guelph Community Health Centre – or Guelph CHC for short) to our downtown location (Ontario Early Years Centre @ 176 Wyndham Street North).
